The Mustangs proved themselves to be contenders
Overcoming injuries and peaking at the right time took the Lady Mustangs to the Final Four of the 5A State Tournament. The Mustangs showed a solid performance in all aspects of the game. Dobson scored 25 runs in the tournament, second to Deer Valley with 31 runs. The Lady Mustangs season came one game short of the State Championship losing to the eventual State Champions, Deer Valley.

The Comeback Kids have done it again
5/12/2004 Playing in the 5A "elite 8" game was a fun experience for the young Lady Mustangs. Playing her fourth year on Varsity, Ashley Schroeder enjoyed this new experience and contributed with 2 hits and 2 RBI's.
Dobson started the game strong scoring the first two runs. Felicia Coffey lead off the game hitting a shot to second baseman Demetria Fachett's who could not find the handle.
